This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products sold through Fitness Dose Club, including our Posture Corrector Guide & Ebook.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of PDF Ebooks, downloadable guides, and digital materials are final. Once the payment is successfully processed and the download link or email delivery is initiated, we do not offer any refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be physically returned or restored once accessed or downloaded.
2. Exceptions (Technical Errors Only)
We will only entertain refund or replacement requests strictly within 3 days of purchase under the following limited technical exceptions:
Double Charge: If your account was charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway glitch, the duplicate amount will be fully reversed.
Corrupt File: If the downloaded PDF file is corrupted or unreadable, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement link via email.
3. Order Cancellation
Since access to the digital product is granted immediately upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction is completed. Please review the product description and details carefully before making a purchase.

Approved technical reversals (like double charges) will be refunded via the original payment processor (Instamojo) within 5 to 7 business days.
